Pre-Kindergarten Program
Class Meets 5 Days a Week As a Drop-Off Program With the Opportunity to Extend the Day With Our Enrichment Program
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Pre-Kindergarten at Tower Hill School
Our Pre-Kindergarten program is designed to support each child’s developmental, social, and emotional growth, offering experiences that meet them right at their age-appropriate level.
As a cooperative school, we value active parent involvement and see families as true partners in their child’s learning journey. Together, we build a warm, connected community where children are encouraged to explore, question, and grow.
At Tower Hill, children learn best through discovery, experimentation, and play. Our classrooms are thoughtfully arranged with materials that invite hands-on exploration and foster a love of learning every day.
We also use the Learning Without Tears® curriculum to enhance our language arts and math instruction. This research-based approach helps children build strong foundational skills through engaging, multisensory activities that make learning fun and accessible.
A typical day in the Pre-K classroom includes table-top activities, learning centers, free play, circle time, outdoor playtime, and of course, snack time!
Our teachers carefully design each day to include a variety of engaging learning opportunities — from cooking, science, and nature exploration to painting, drawing, dramatic play, building, games and puzzles, music, sorting, reading, and counting. Every experience helps children create, imagine, and discover the joy of learning.
Children must be 4 years old by October 1st. Birthdays from 10/2/21-9/30/22 are eligible for the class.
Class meets Monday through Friday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
